Terms and Conditions - Digital Travel Guide

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the Digital Travel Guide (Guide) provided by JT International SA (JTI). By accessing or using the Guide, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, you may not use the Guide.

Guide Usage and Purpose:

• The Guide is intended solely for personal and non-commercial use.
• The Guide provides travel guide recommendations based on the answers provided by the user. These recommendations are for informational purposes only and do not constitute any form of endorsement or guarantee by JTI.
• The Guide is available to individuals who are of legal smoking age in their respective jurisdiction.

User Conduct:

• You agree to use the Guide only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions.
• You shall not use the Guide to:
  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
  • Collect or store personal information of others without their consent.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Engage in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with the functioning of the Guide or its associated servers or networks.
  • Introduce any viruses, malware, or other harmful components that may damage, interfere with, or disrupt the Guide or its associated servers or networks.

Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property rights in the Guide and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to JTI.

You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights or licenses in the Guide or its content by using the Guide.

You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, or create derivative works of the Guide or its content without the prior written consent of JTI.

Disclaimer of Warranties:

The Guide and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

JTI disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of intellectual property rights.

JTI does not warrant that the Guide will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall JTI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Guide, even if JTI has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

JTI's total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the App shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Guide.

Modification and Termination:

JTI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Guide or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

JTI may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the Guide without liability or obligation.

You agree that JTI shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or termination of the Guide or these terms and conditions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.

By using the Guide, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, you may not use the Guide.
