You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights or licenses in the Guide or its content by using the Guide.
You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, or create derivative works of the Guide or its content without the prior written consent of JTI.
The Guide and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
JTI disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of intellectual property rights.
JTI does not warrant that the Guide will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
In no event shall JTI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Guide, even if JTI has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
JTI's total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the App shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Guide.
JTI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Guide or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
JTI may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the Guide without liability or obligation.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
